VenbaScanner — Gizlilik Politikasi

Bu gizlilik politikasi, VenbaScanner (bundan sonra "Uygulama") icin gecerlidir. Uygulama, M. Hanifi NARMOT tarafindan gelistirilmistir.

1. Topladigimiz Veriler

Hicbir kisisel veri toplamiyoruz. Uygulama, kullanicilara ait hicbir bilgiyi sunucularimiza veya ucuncu taraflara iletmez. Taranan belgeler ve olusturulan PDF dosyalari yalnizca kullanicinin cihazinda saklanir.

2. Cihaz Izinleri

Uygulama asagidaki izinleri talep eder. Her izin yalnizca ilgili ozellik kullanildiginda calisir; toplanan veri cihazinizdan ayrilmaz.

• Kamera: Belge taramak icin kullanilir. Cekilen goruntuler dogrudan cihaza kaydedilir.
• Depolama / Fotograf erisimi: Olusturulan PDF dosyalarini ve taranan goruntuleri cihaz hafizasinda saklamak icindir.
• Internet erisimi: Yalnizca uygulama mevcut surumunu kontrol etmek (guncelleme bildirimi) icin Google Play Store sayfasina anonim sorgu yapilir. Bu sorguda kullaniciya ait hicbir bilgi gonderilmez.

3. Uctuncu Taraf Servisler

Uygulama, kullanim sirasinda asagidaki servisi pasif olarak kullanir:

• Google Play Store: Yeni surum kontrolu icin yalnizca uygulamanin magaza sayfasi sorgulanir. Kullanici verisi gonderilmez.

Uygulamada reklam, analitik, izleme, kullanici hesabi veya bulut depolama servisi bulunmamaktadir.

4. Veri Saklama ve Silme

Tum taranan belgeler ve PDF dosyalari yalnizca cihazinizda saklanir. Uygulamayi kaldirdiginizda bu dosyalar Android isletim sisteminin standart prosedurleri uyarinca silinir. Belirli bir belgeyi uygulama icinden de silebilirsiniz.

5. Cocuklarin Gizliligi

Uygulama 13 yas alti cocuklara yonelik olarak tasarlanmamistir ve 13 yas alti kullanicilardan bilerek veri toplamaz.

6. Politika Degisiklikleri

Bu gizlilik politikasi zaman zaman guncellenebilir. Onemli degisiklikler oldugunda uygulama icinde veya bu sayfada bildirim yayinlanir.

VenbaScanner — Privacy Policy (English)

This privacy policy applies to VenbaScanner (the "App"), developed by M. Hanifi NARMOT.

1. Data We Collect

We do not collect any personal data. The App does not transmit any user information to our servers or any third parties. Scanned documents and generated PDF files are stored solely on the user's device.

2. Device Permissions

The App requests the following permissions. Each permission is used only for the corresponding feature, and no data leaves your device.

• Camera: Used to scan documents. Captured images are saved directly to your device.
• Storage / Photo access: Used to save generated PDF files and scanned images to device storage.
• Internet access: Only used to check the current app version on Google Play Store (for update notifications). No user data is transmitted in these requests.

3. Third-Party Services

The App passively uses the following service:

• Google Play Store: Only the app's store listing page is queried to check for new versions. No user data is sent.

The App contains no advertising, analytics, tracking, user accounts, or cloud storage services.

4. Data Storage and Deletion

All scanned documents and PDF files are stored only on your device. When you uninstall the App, these files are deleted according to standard Android system procedures. You can also delete specific documents from within the App.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not designed for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from users under 13.

6. Policy Changes

This privacy policy may be updated from time to time. Significant changes will be announced within the App or on this page.
